Each player may maintain only one registered account on the mycuci platform. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual, household, or device may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
All bonuses and promotions offered by mycuci are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting applicable wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.

To register and maintain an Account on mycuci, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility requirements:
mycuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension. Accounts registered by individuals who do not meet the age requirement will be immediately closed and any winnings forfeited.
4.1 Registration. To access mycuci's real-money services, you must complete the Account registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, and preferred payment method details.
4.2 One Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one Account on the mycuci platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — are prohibited. mycuci may merge or close duplicate accounts and may withhold balances pending investigation if duplication is detected.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. mycuci will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.4 Account Closure. You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting mycuci's customer support team. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to you subject to applicable verification requirements. Bonus credits at the time of closure may be forfeited.

5.1 Deposits. mycuci accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking), and GrabPay. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the Deposit page. All deposits are denominated in MYR.
5.2 Processing Times. Touch n Go eWallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. FPX bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 to 30 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform activity or due to delays from payment service providers.
5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. mycuci reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above specified thresholds. Withdrawal requests that pass verification are typically processed within the same business day.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. mycuci complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. mycuci may freeze Account balances and report activity to relevant authorities where legally required to do so.
5.5 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). mycuci does not accept or disburse funds in foreign currencies.
6.1 General. mycuci may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the offer terms.
6.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a Player's Account at any time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
6.4 Abuse and Fraud. mycuci reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, pattern betting, arbitrage, or any strategy intended to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine recreational gaming.
Bonus offers are intended for recreational players engaging with the Platform in good faith. mycuci reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on mycuci is governed by its own specific rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay matters.
7.2 Certified Games. All slot, table, and live casino games offered on mycuci are supplied by licensed game studios and are certified for fairness and random number generation (RNG) by independent testing laboratories. Published RTP values represent theoretical long-term return percentages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error, mycuci reserves the right to void any affected bets or games and return staked amounts to the Player's Balance. mycuci's decision in such matters is final.
7.4 Sportsbook. Sports betting odds and markets are offered by mycuci subject to the specific sportsbook terms of use. mycuci reserves the right to void or amend bets where it determines that a market was offered in error or where match-fixing or other irregularities are suspected.
